MANGALOREAN EGG CHILLY

  Ingredients: Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil Egg- 6 nos 2 tbsp of chilly powder 2 medium size onions Crushed Garlic cloves Salt for taste Method: Boil the egg and keep separately. In a pan, heat some Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil, add garlic cloves and finely chopped onions and salt. Cook until onions become soft, add chilly powder and turn off the gas. Mix all the ingredients well. Add boiled egg and curry leaves (optional).  Ready to serve.

PRAWNS & COCONUT FRY

Ingredients: Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tsp of mustard 3 slit green chillies ½ inch ginger Curry leaves 5-6 garlic cloves 2 sliced onions Salt to taste 1 ½ tsp of red chilli powder ½ tsp of turmeric powder 1 tsp of coriander powder Fresh coconut slices Prawns Water   Method: In a pan heat some coconut oil & mustard add green chillies, chopped ginger, curry leaves and garlic cloves, mix everything well. SUGAR-FREE DARK CHOCOLATE CANDY BARS

Ingredients 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder 4 tbsp Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil vanilla stevia to taste Optional extracts, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, or other add-ins Optional 1 extra tbsp oil or water, if it needs to be thinner Method: Combine coconut oil with stevia drops and cocoa nibs, chia seeds, or other add-ins. Stir, then add the cacao powder. Stir stir stir! Stir until it gets thick. Pour into any flat container (or candy molds or smush between layers of wax paper or in ziploc bags). SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS: 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice                                        1 tbsp white wine vinegar Sea salt Freshly ground pepper Prepare the salad dressing by combining Moodfarms Virgin Coconut Oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic. Whisk together and refrigerate for 15 minutes so the flavors blend. Meanwhile, you can prepare your favorite salad. Just before serving, pour the dressing over salad, sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper and toss.
